Great beach house on Anna Maria Island

We all had a great time staying in Carolyn's beach house. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room. The whole house has a great beachy feel to it. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. The pool was amazing. The water was the perfect temperature. The kids loved going to the beach and then coming home to swim some more. It's within walking distance to a great restaurant, an ice cream shop, fishing pier, beach, etc. The golf cart was handy to have for trips that were a little farther away. Would definitely recommend for large family groups.

Celebrating 50 years

We rented this property to celebrate our 50 year anniversary with our two daughters and their families. We enjoyed the nice warm pool, bikes and kayaks. We saw Manatee and different species of birds.

Total package. Awesome location, host very responsive

This property is awesome. The pool, decks, and tiki bar setup are incredible. The quiet canal with the awesome lighting at every level of the property is very cool. Tiki bar with the great music speaker, full fridge, etc was a crowd hit. You could just stay there your whole trip and have a great time. Walkable to restaurants and the pier. Golf cart included and short drive to easy beach access. Nice appliances, large rooms, all with king beds. Host Carolyn super responsive and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation to the host would be to overstock items like silverware and cookware like baking sheets. Other than those small issues, this was a 10/10.

A fantastic week on AMI

This place was perfect for our family of 8. The location was outstanding, just two blocks from the city pier where you'll find food/drinks, live music, and fishing. Manatees visited the canal behind the house almost daily and the heated pool was perfect! Carolyn is very responsive and her house is loaded with comfort and amenities. This was a wonderful place to spend a week making memories.

WONDERFUL

We LOVED our stay at the Bay- Canal Waterfront. The house was well maintained and the owner was great to communicate with. We really enjoyed all the wildlife that we saw with the canal. The house was great for families with small children! We utilized all the pool toys, the crib and the highchair. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back!

A Bit of Paradise

We loved this property and all the perks of it (golf cart, large pool, kayaks, location, beautifully decorated & comfortable). The owner was pleasant to work with & so responsive when we made a call to her about the AC. Repair man came immediately. No complaints-all love about our week at this home.
